Deputy Manager - The Role:

Deputy Store Managers support Store Managers in the running of the store within Subway® and Company guidelines and their role will include:

- Running shifts according to brand standards

- Supporting the Manager to control of food and labour costs and P&L Accountability

- Recruitment & Selection of team members

- Assisting in Disciplinary and Grievance investigations & hearings

- Conducting Health & Safety checks and ensuring all staff are aware of health & safety requirements

- Training of team members
