HR Business Partner (Operations)

Due to the continued growth of the Buy It Direct business and our exciting plans for the future we are now looking for an HR Business Partner (Operations) to join the wider People team at Buy It Direct.

You will partner the senior operations and logistics management team supporting at a strategic and an operational level, in order to identify HR priorities and recommend appropriate people solutions which support the business needs and our future direction.

Responsibilities:
