My client is seeking a HRIS Analyst (Workday) based in their Barnsley office. You will be joining a global company, helping design and maintain their workday HR system, and grow their systems global coverage. The salary for this role ranges from £20,000 - £40,000.
You will be responsible for system administration, design and business process configuration of the primary HRIS system. This will include: Recruiting, Benefits & Absence, Advanced Compensation, Talent & Succession, Performance Management and Recruiting.
** Previous experience working with HRIS platforms, and

** Strong analytical skills - Advanced Excel (macros and complex formulas)
