Our client are seeking an experienced IT Installation Engineer (3rd Line) to join their team based in Huddersfield.

Key Role and Responsibilities To provide day to day customer technical support to ensure solutions are provided quickly enabling the customer to resume working as soon as possible

Ensuring tickets are completed Pre-sales to internal & client facing staff, design and installation of new IT systems. To produce technical sales proposals and present the technical aspect of those proposals to the customer giving clear evidence as to how their business needs will be met. Server installs from start to finish Create a project plan for implementation of technical solutions for client and manage projects through to 'go live' ensuring all is delivered on time and to budget Ensure the delivery of each client's specific technology requirements, remote and/or on-site.
