Talent UK are recruiting on behalf of their client for customer service and sales advisor - this is a full time, permanent position and we are looking for someone with excellent customer service and sales skills, with the ability to be able to pick up the phone and speak with customers confidently.
Responsibilities; Answering inbound enquiries, generating opportunities through new and existing business and speaking with new, lapsed or existing customers, upselling products where necessary
Outbound calling to prospective businesses to bring more companies onboard ( on occasion)
Processing orders, chasing deliveries, amending orders, handling any customer queries
