Working on a large remote secure site, this role is to be a member of a small team managing the process for the pre-accreditation of companies and individuals to use the access control system. You will also answer any related queries promptly. The hours of working are 7am while 6pm (split shift - 7am - 3:30pm or 9:30am - 6pm). Also a requirement for on call - one in 12. You need relevant experience in a similar environment, ie busy and fast moving, with some experience of Service level agreements (SLA's) and good communications skills.
